Pricing questions

Will Solo always be free?
Yes. Solo is free forever — that's a commitment, not a trial. The goal is to give every solo arborist a real field tool regardless of practice size. Pro features (team collaboration, cloud sync) will be paid add-ons, but the core Solo workflow will never go behind a paywall.
What happens to my data if I don't upgrade to Pro?
Nothing happens to it. Solo data lives on your device — it's yours. You can export it as a ZIP at any time to keep a permanent backup. There's no server that could delete it, and no Pro subscription required to access what you've already recorded. Your projects stay accessible as long as you have your device.
How many team members can use Pro?
The Team plan includes up to 5 seats. Need more? Contact us and we'll figure it out.
